God tells us not to worry

God says in Paul’s letter to the Philippians: “Do not be anxious about anything,  but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6).”

One way to stop worrying is to trust God and give him our worries.

God says through King Solomon: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).”

The Apostle Peter says, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).”

When you are worried or anxious, pray to God, reaffirm your trust in him, and give him your worries, believing that he will work things out according to his will.
